Mafia III-4: The Four Tribes was the first game of the Numbers Trilogy, the sequel to the Cult Trilogy. It took place in the Third Age of Mafia and featured the use of four different factions, each with their own special roles and win conditions. It was played alongside Bionicle Mafia VII: Frozen Wastelands .

  • This game was created as the sequel to the Cult Trilogy, rather than extending it. It was also released over a year after Mafia III-3: Cult Fortress.
  • Xaeraz, despite not playing, was the target of bloodlust from every player in the game before Round 1. In return, Voltex had Xaeraz be the executioner for the first round.
  • This game continued the curse of the Pyro.
  • This is the fifth game run by iBrow Voltex to include the roman numeral "III" in the title.
  • This game is one of very few games to end with every player in the game dead.
  • Voltex revealed himself as having had a secret role in Spot 21 the entire time, and he died in the final scene.
  • This game was lost due to the October 2013 Hacking - it was the only game to be lost entirely, as it was both started and completed within the time period that was deleted.
  • The inclusion of the Mysterious Figure role in this game foreshadowed the role's major appearance in Bionicle Mafia IX: Sentinels of the Darkened Skies.
